What if I’d like to help, but I’m atheist, agnostic, non-religious, and/or “non-churched”?

You’re welcome to join us as an individual member and join those of us who pray with our hands and feet rather than in a sanctuary. Below are some definitions of faith from the Placer People of Faith Together (PPoFT) board members. These ideas might spark feelings of recognition and comradery that let you know you are already standing with PPoFT.

Faith is:

A belief in a Higher Power

A belief in Something Else greater than us

Acting in accordance with my deepest values

Not just existing for myself, but living in service to others

Wanting to repair the world

Wanting to join others in recreating a better world and the belief and hope that it’s possible
